Your caffeine data belongs to you. Barista is built to work offline, avoid accounts, and keep every log under your control.

Information We Collect

  • Drink logs you manually enter (type, caffeine amount, time consumed).
  • Optional preferences like daily limits and saved drinks.
  • Anonymous, aggregated app diagnostics when enabled to improve stability.

We do not collect names, email addresses, or identifiers tied to you.

HealthKit Data

If you connect Barista to Apple Health, we only access the data types you explicitly approve. Data read from HealthKit stays on your device and is never sold or shared.

  • Permissions are requested in iOS and can be changed anytime in Settings.
  • Barista may write caffeine intake entries to HealthKit if you allow it.
  • You can disconnect HealthKit at any time.
